A US police officer fatally shot a naked man who was chewing on the face of another man. IDENTIFIED - Rudy Eugene - Face Eating Man shot by Police. This suspect was eating the flesh off the face of victim named Ronald Poppo - a homeless person. Just take a look at what drugs can do, if a person abuses it, then you'll never know what it can turn you out. Sad story to tell but it does gives us a lesson.
